Shipping Times & Rates

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Luxury Pooch does not ship orders to post office boxes. All orders are shipped USPS first class mail within 48 hours of processing.

Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

We want you to be thrilled with your Luxury Pooch product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please email us so we can make it right!

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number to shop@luxurypooch.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. All returns must be started within 30 days from the date received.

• Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a return label. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

EXCHANGES

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
